Our Classes

At Muse, we offer two strong Pilates and movement classes concepts designed to support strength, mobility and body awareness.

Each class is guided with care in small groups, allowing you to progress at your own rhythm.

Whether you are new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, we offer a calm and supportive environment to move with guidance and confidence.

Reformer

Our Reformer classes are rooted in both the Classical Pilates method and modern principles of anatomy and biomechanics. Through ongoing mentorship and education, our teachers create a focused, curious movement environment where you will learn to build strength, improve control, and find ease in every movement.

With class sizes limited to six students and progessive levels designed to develop technical skills in a holistic way, you’ll receive the cues, touch, and guidance you need to move with confidence. Our intention is to guide every student toward movement bliss - because we believe the body can become stronger without pain, force, or unnecessary struggle.

MA’AT & Hot MA’AT

Our MA’AT concept, developed by The Acosta Approach, is a rhythm-based mat practice designed to strengthen, lengthen, and refine the body through intentional movement. Expect flowing sequences, deep core awareness, mobility, balance, and control - all guided by music and designed to leave you feeling stronger, more aligned, and better in your body.

At Muse, MA’AT is offered in both heated and non-heated formats. Our heated classes use specialized infrared heating panels to create a deep, even warmth that supports muscle relaxation, encourages mobility, and helps the body feel more open and prepared for movement. The result is an immersive practice designed to challenge the body while leaving you feeling warm, fluid, and deeply connected.

MA’AT classes are limited to 14 clients to maintain quality and individual support.
