Alejandro Laureyssens

Alejandro wasn’t always passionate about movement. A few years ago, he discovered Pilates, and it completely changed the way he experienced his body. Since then, his curiosity has led him to continuously deepen his knowledge, learning from different mentors to better understand movement.

Experiencing firsthand how movement has improved his quality of life is what inspires him to share it with others.

Salma Refass

MA'AT Teacher

Salma has danced for over 30 years, trained in classical ballet and contemporary dance. That foundation shaped her approach to movement, one built on anatomical precision and technique, but also on longevity. Pilates and strength conditioning became the bridge between her dance training and a more sustainable, mindful way of moving, one she now shares with her students.

In her classes, Salma draws on this range of disciplines to help each student build strength, awareness and control, meeting them wherever they are in their practice.

Rosni is a mother of two and has always been passionate about movement. Sport has always been an important part of her life, but it was after the birth of her children that her perspective and approach truly evolved. She first trained in fitness before later discovering Pilates, driven by a desire to better understand the body and how it moves.

Today, Rosni's goal is to create a space where her students feel confident to move, progress at their own pace, and above all, find joy in movement

Graziella, the youngest member of our coaching team, has made Pilates and movement her true calling. Trained in anatomy from the very beginning of her journey, she developed a deep understanding of the human body and the way it moves.

Her classes are dynamic, supportive, and thoughtfully designed to encourage students to challenge themselves while progressing at their own pace, always with respect for both movement and their bodies
